The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and procure a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Social Media Management Services (SMMS) solution that will support Government of Canada (GC) departments and agencies in publishing, managing, monitoring, and analyzing official social media content. The solution must enable GC institutions to effectively manage and measure their social media presence across a broad range of platforms while supporting government security, privacy, accessibility, and operational requirements.
