he Response time deadline is 14:00:00 EST This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the supply, delivery, and offloading of bottled drinking water and the rental of water coolers on an “as and when requested” basis to designated residential properties in Torbay and the Town of Logy Bay–Middle Cove–Outer Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador (including surrounding areas), as required, for the duration of the Standing Offer to Transport Canada. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English OR English and French.
