All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 29 July 2026 by 20:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 20:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Fixed-Wing Aerial Platform against Supply Arrangement # WS5711919388. Supply Arrangement # WS5711919388 holders (only) have been emailed this Request for Proposal (RFP), if other Offerors are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement # WS5711919388 before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
