Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is leading the modernization of 24 Sussex Drive. PSPC will establish the requirements for the design build competition, under which qualified proponents will develop and submit integrated design-build proposals, including budget and schedule commitments. NOTE: Within the APN document, you will see an instruction informing interested suppliers that they must register by providing the supplier name, business address, and business number to the Contracting Authority at cory.martin@pwgsc.gc.ca To view the Advance Procurement Notice document: 1.
