Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This Department of National Defence requirement is for the supply of 150,000 litres of Naval Distillate Fuel, Type 11, in accordance with CGSB Standard 3.11-2022 (latest issue) The product is required at one location in the Arctic as follows: Item 1 - A firm quantity of 150,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Royal Canadian Navy Ship HMCS HMCS Frederick Rolette at Ivujivik, Quebec. Anticipated delivery date is September 23, 2025. This procurement is subject to the following CLCA(s): Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement (NILCA), James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA), and the Northeastern Quebec Agreement (NQA) for deliveries to* Ivujivik, Quebec *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in. LUBRICITY REQUIREMENT: Naval Distillate Fuel must have a wear scar diameter of less than or equal to 460 µm at 60°C. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
