Summary
PSPC seeks contractors in British Columbia to operate and decommission an onsite soil treatment facility, including screening, transport, treatment and disposal of hydrocarbon-contaminated soils (PHC F1–F4, BTEX, PAHs), and offsite treatment of contaminated water. Contractor assumes ownership of material removed; optional additional work may be awarded.

Work to be performed under the Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following items, including all ancillary Work, covered further in Contract:-Treatment of Contaminated Water Offsite. Contractor responsible for transport and treatment;-Transportation of Contaminated Soil to facilities. Contractor takes ownership of all material leaving site;-Treatment of Contaminated Soil, specifically hydrocarbons (BTEX, VPH, LEPH, HEPH, PAHs, PHC F1to F4);-Disposal of Contaminated Soil;-Operation of a screening plant to screen contaminated soils to remove larger rocks, cobbles, and gravel;-Decommissioning of an existing Onsite Soil Treatment Facility;-Optional Work: Additional Work for some of the items above may be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion.
