From the notice

The Department of Natural Resources Canada has a requirement to conduct pilot-scale testing for a refractory probe for Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) in a controlled electric arc furnace (EAF) environment to evaluate its suitability for application in steelmaking operations. The testing will be performed using a custom-built pilot scale arc furnace that will assess the durability, performance, and response of the probes under representative steelmaking conditions.
