From the notice
PacifiCan requires the services of a Contractor with expertise in supply chain analysis and development related to major projects, particularly in remote areas and with Indigenous economic participation. The Contractor will write a report assessing anticipated demand for goods and services in Northwest B.C. stemming from major project development.
