Notice of Proposed Procurement The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the items detailed below. The delivery is requested at Department of National Defence, 8 Mission Support Squadron (MSS), 7 Winnipeg Ave, Astra, ON, Canada, K0K3W0, no later than 5 Oct 2026. "Item 1: GSIN: N2500, NSN: Not applicable , BOM Part No.: A000-02-SMH Hitch, NSCM/CAGE: L6482 Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: EA" "Item 2: GSIN: N2500, NSN: Not applicable, Weld Assembly, lower push plate Part No.: ATI-12246, Rev 2, NSCM/CAGE: L6482 Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: EA" Bidders proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the Part Number and NSCM/CAGE they are offering, and provide a Certificate of Conformance from the OEM.
