Summary

Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Document Management The Government of Canada (GC) is seeking to increase its documents storage and management capacity and, in doing so, requires the services of private sector Offerors to provide Document Storage, Information Retrieval Services and Document Destruction Services to any government department, agency or Crown corporation, across Canada, listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11. It is the intent to issue multiple Standing Offers for any given geographic regions. The purpose of these Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) are to provide services associated with the secure off-site storage, management of government records and document destruction services in each geographic region as defined in Annex "D" -Geographical Regions. Offerors may submit an offer considering the region they wish to cover over Canada. The regions are described as follow: Atlantic Region Quebec Region National Capital Region Ontario Region Western Region Pacific Region The services are to be provided on an '’as and when requested’’ basis for the duration of the Standing Offer period. The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from April, 1, 2021 to March 31, 2026. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional two (2) periods, of one (1) year each, under the same terms and conditions and at the prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer. The Offeror will be advised of the decision to authorize the use of the Standing Offer for an extended period by the Standing Offer Authority ninety (90) days before the expiry date of the Standing Offer.
