Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Western Region, on behalf of Correctional Services Canada (CSC), has a requirement for Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO’s) for the supply, delivery and offloading of Miscellaneous Groceries to the Okimaw Ohci Healing Lodge in Maple Creek, SK, on an as and when requested basis to for the period of the Standing Offer. Suppliers should review the entire solicitation document as there are changes to it from previous versions. Suppliers should also ensure they perform any required conversions, and provide all applicable information and complete any areas that are to be completed prior to submitting their offer. Solicitation closing times will remain at 2:00 PM CDT or CST, as applicable, for the first period and all rebid closings. The periods of the Standing Offers will be three, 1-year periods, from approximately: Year 1: June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 Year 2: June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024 Year 3: June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 with applicable refresh and rebid periods as indicated in Annex A and Annex B of the solicitation document. One Standing Offer will be issued for each period of the Standing Offer under this requirement. Offerors will be required to submit an offer for each of the four food categories (Please refer to the attached Excel document, Annex B, Basis of Payment). Food Product Categories a) Protein b) Fresh Fruit and Vegetables c) Dairy and Eggs d) Miscellaneous Groceries Rebid The Offeror and any other interested suppliers will be able to bid on this requirement at a specified period as laid out in the Standing Offer and this bid solicitation. Offerors should submit the entire solicitation document as this is an open, competitive process, and the evaluation will be completed as it was in the first solicitation closing. The requirement will remain posted on Buy and Sell for the period of the Standing Offer which will be affected by the rebid periods. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. Anticipated migration to Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) If a RMSO is issued for any of the commodifies prior to the expiry date of the standing offer issued from this solicitation, this standing offer will be set aside to move to the Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for all sites affected by the RMSO.
