Health Facility Planning Consulting Master Program/Master Plan – Prince County Hospital, Western Hospital and Community Hospital O’LearyHealth PEI is responsible for the delivery of publicly funded health services in Prince Edward Island. The agency operates hospitals, health centers, public long-term care nursing facilities and community-based programs and services. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Health PEI to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Health Planning Consulting Services (HPCS) to develop a Master Program and a Master Plan for redevelopment of three Health PEI facilities:Prince County Hospital (PCH) – 65 Roy Boates Ave., Summerside, PEWestern Hospital (WH) – 148 Poplar Street, Alberton, PECommunity Hospital O’Leary (CHO) – 14 MacKinnon Drive, O’Leary, PEThe intent is that these projects will be undertaken concurrently as, with this work, HPEI is ultimately seeking the most effective programming / planning strategy to maximize health services delivery in the Western part of the Island.
