From the notice
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), in collaboration with the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Emergency Readiness Canada (HERC), is seeking stakeholder input to inform the application of the Policy in federally managed vaccine procurement. In particular, Canada seeks to better understand barriers to expanding domestic vaccine capabilities and how Canadian Value-Added could be defined, assessed, and validated in a manner that reflects the realities of the global vaccine sector while supporting domestic capacity and supply chain resilience.
