PWGSC is issuing this Solicitation of Offers to obtain the services of a qualified contractor for the design, procurement, installation, configuration, programming, staff training, commissioning, and testing of a new, comprehensive video surveillance (CCTV) system solution at a federal site located within 100 kilometres of the city of Montreal, Quebec, as detailed in Annex - Specifications.
