First Intake Response Deadline: May 21, 2024 14:00:59 Alberta Time Update 01: Please note that Request for Proposals TBF24-031 will be replaced with a Pre-Qualification Request to create a Standing Offer List for the same services. The Pre-Qualification Request will be posted shortly and the closing date of April 22, 2024 will be extended. The Province is seeking to award multiple Contractors a Master Agreement Contract to address growing demands of modelling requirements while building in house capacity. Contractors awarded a Contract may be engaged by the use of a pre established call out, by Contractors response to their ability to complete work within set timelines, by Contractors response to the resource(s) and volume(s) that they require to the scope presented and or as internally determined by the Province. The Province makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work Contractors may receive through this RFP. Contracts are not exclusive contracts for the provision of the Services. The Province is not required to use the awarded Contractors Contracts nor issue SOW’s. The Province may use other procurement methods to contract for the same or similar services to those described in this RFP. At a minimum, the Province may qualify additional Proponents, on an annual basis through a subsequent RFP.
