Call For Tenders Tender No. EOI-2024-CMBD-006 Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Expression of Interest Designing, Consulting, Constructing, Operating, Valuating Properties, Permits, and Management of Retail Advertising & Commercial Development ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024. ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The purpose of this EOI is identify one or more proponents for the purposes of negotiating an agreement(s) related to non-fare revenue opportunities. Metrolinx invites entities to submit proposals for the design, construction, and management of new commercial non- fare revenue opportunities on Metrolinx owned or controlled properties.
