The Municipality of the County of Annapolis (Municipality) owns a parcel of property it would like to see developed. The Municipality invites contractors, developers, non-profits, or other registered entities to submit a proposal to develop a portion or all of the site located at 3041 Highway 1, Upper Clements. The subject lands were developed as Upper Clements Park in 1989 and operated as a theme park until the park closed in 2019. The subject lands are approximately 65 acres in total size and will be made available in two sections. Proposals can be received for one section, or both sections.
