The Town of Bridgewater (“the Town”) is seeking proposals from highly experienced and qualified firms to assist the Town with the preparation of a comprehensive review of the Town’s Municipal Planning Strategy (“MPS”) and provide a gap analysis of the Land Use By-law (“LUB”), in accordance with provisions of the Municipal Government Act. In anticipation of an update to its planning documents, the Town is seeking proposals for a review of the existing MPS and LUB, identifying gaps, outdated information and areas for improvement. This work will inform a contemporary policy framework in conformity with all applicable planning policy and legislation to guide the Town’s future growth and development.
