The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to indicate their interest in, and their qualifications for, one component of the Fraser River Tunnel Project referred to as GC-2 – North Cut & Cover, North Ramp. Through the process described in this RFQ, the Province anticipates identifying up to two Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of this Competitive Selection Process, the RFP phase.
