INFORMATION PROCESSING AND RELATED TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES ADP (AUTOMATED DATA PROCESSING) FACILITY OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES ADPE SYSTEM CONFIGURATION - INSTALLATION AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN AND INTEGRATION SERVICES PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES Addendum 3 - July 23, 2026 Addendum 2 - July 15, 2026 Addendum 1 - July 10, 2026 The Local Government is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to provide professional services for the implementation of selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Talent Management modules. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a proponent capable of configuring, implementing, and supporting the deployment of additional Oracle Fusion Talent Management functionality within the Local Government's existing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. Oracle Fusion Core HR is currently implemented and operational, and serves as the system of record for employee, position, and organizational data. The Local Government intends to implement the following Oracle Fusion Talent Management submodules as part of this initiative: - Performance Management - Goals Management - Talent Review - Succession Planning - Learning The scope of this RFP includes the services required to implement these modules in an integrated and coordinated manner, aligned with the Local Government's organizational structure, policies, and operational requirements, and compatible with the existing Oracle Fusion Core HR configuration.
