All other information remains the same. ***************** Addendum #1 ********************************************* The closing date is extended to August 4th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The completion date for the project has been extended to March 15, 2027. Please see attached document. All other information remains the same. *************************************************************************** Bids will be received before 2:00:01 p.m. (local time) on July 20th, 2026 by email to RSEI Consultants Ltd. at tmcdade@rsei.nb.ca. Indicate the project name in the subject line of the email. A mandatory site review will be held at 921 College Hill Road in Fredericton on July 6th, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. This will be the only opportunity for review of existing site conditions with the New Brunswick Research & Productivity Council representatives, and all the consultants present and available to answer questions arising from the review of the site and the Contract Documents. Tender documents will be posted on NBON. Hard copies of tender documents are available to contractors upon receipt of a non-refundable, $200.00 payment to the Consultant, RSEI Consultants Ltd., located at 564 Prospect Street Suite 102, Fredericton, NB, E3B 9M3 (TEL: (506) 451-0005). Bidders must register with the Consultant to receive addenda issued during the bidding period. Each bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation, payable to New Brunswick Research & Productivity Council. The security deposit shall be in the form of a Bid Bond. There will be no public openings. The bid results will be posted on NBON within 5 business days afterthe opening of the bids. The latest requirements of the Procurement Act and its regulations apply to this contract. The lowest bid, or any bid, will not necessarily be accepted.
