Consultant services to conduct a fundraising feasibility study for the Cape Breton Regional Library and Cape Breton Regional Municipality in Nova Scotia, assessing factors and donor capacity to support a proposed $3.2M capital campaign for the CBRM Central Library Building Project.

From the notice

The Cape Breton Regional Library (CBRL) Board, in partnership with the Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM), invites proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to conduct a fundraising feasibility study in support of the CBRM Central Library Building Project. The feasibility study will provide an assessment of the factors that could influence a major fundraising campaign, and analyze and evaluate conditions to determine the potential capacity to achieve a campaign goal of $3.2 million. The feasibility study report will deliver the essential information needed to inform decision-making prior to launching a major fundraising initiative and position CBRL and the CBRM to proceed with an effective and ambitious capital campaign.
