Through this RFSQ, BCLC seeks to identify and prequalify experienced and specialized professional service providers to support BCLC People and Culture (“P&C”) specialty services on an as-required basis over a three (3) year term. The objective of this RFSQ is to establish a roster of qualified suppliers with demonstrated expertise, capacity, and experience to support P&C initiatives when specific needs are identified. Respondents may apply to one, multiple, or all of the following categories depending on their areas of expertise: • Category 1 – Employee Value Proposition (“EVP”), Compensation Benchmarking and Job Evaluation • Category 2 – Talent Management and Succession Planning • Category 3 – Outplacement Counselling Services • Category 4 – Culture, Organizational Development, and Change Management
