The College invites Qualified Contractors to submit a response to this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) with the intention of prequalifying a designated number of professionals from specific sectors (detailed below) who are interested in providing ongoing Services to the College for a period of three (3) years with two 1-year options to extend. Proponents selected through the RFPQ process will be placed on the college’s Pre-Qualified Contractor Roster. The Contractors include General Contractor, Electrician, and Mechanical Trades (Plumber, Steamfitter/Pipefitter, Gasfitter) and HVAC Specialists (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump ).
