The City of North Vancouver (“CNV”) is inviting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for an experienced System Implementation partner and a modern Software Solution that supports CNV’s Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) operations. CNV is seeking a SaaS-based ITSM solution to replace its existing Cherwell platform and establish ITIL-aligned service management capabilities for the Information Technology Department with potential future expansion to other internal shared-service areas that use a service request intake process.
