From the notice
It is the intent of the Board to use this RFP process to select a single qualified contractor for the design, supply, and installation of playground equipment and related works for the sites identified in Schedule 1. The current space is not occupied by any play equipment and is surrounded by a concrete pathway. Some sub grade work will be required to resolve drainage in advance of installation. New equipment is meant to serve Kindergarten to grade 3 students Mandatory Site Visit: July 14, 2026, at 9 am All Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 starting at 09:00 hours (Pacific Time), at J.W. Sexsmith Elementary School - 7410 Columbia St, Vancouver, BC V5X 1W9 to view, and inform themselves of, the site and anticipated Scope of Work relating to the Project.
