Information/Pre-bid Meeting Jul 17, 2026 • 10:00 am (MT) Meeting Details Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend the optional site visit to better understand the facilities and proactively identify any potential challenges in delivering service. There will be an optional site visit on July 17, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Main Detachment Building (4602 - 51 Avenue) and July 17, 2026 at 1:30 pm at the North Detachment Building (6592 - 58 Avenue). Respondents must register (names of a maximum of two attendees) in advance to attend the optional site visit by submitting a request via email to Lindsey Flaman no later than July 10, 2026.
