This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Calgary Public Library (the “Library”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Landscaping and Snow Removal Services. The Calgary Public Library, on behalf of its partners is issuing this RFP and will enter into a contract for Landscaping and Snow Removal Services at the Genesis Centre. The Calgary Public Library “The Library” will be certifying landscaping and snow removal services contractors for an initial term of three (3) years. The Library will have the option to renew for an additional one (1) extension of two (2) year term. The Library reserves the right to certify more than one contractor. Pricing is to remain firm for first twelve (12) months. Firms to provide pricing for years two (2) and year three (3) Information/Pre-bid Meeting Aug 6, 2026 • 10:00 am (MT) Meeting Details Meet at Genesis Centre, main lobby; address: 7555 Falconridge Blvd. NE. Calgary Site visit is not mandatory. Representatives from the Library, the NECCS and the YMCA will be on hand to tour the site and answer any questions. However, all questions must be followed up in written form and sent to the Calgary Public Library by email.
