Ontario Shared Services seeks bidders to establish a multi-vendor, province-wide Vendor of Record to provide physical security threat risk assessments, physical security plans and related security training (including CPTED, incident management and fraud prevention) for government locations across Ontario.

Request for Bids for Physical Security Threat Risk Assessments, Physical Security Plans and Physical Security Training Services Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement. Scope of Work The objective of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to establish a multi-vendor, enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement for Physical Security Threat Risk Assessments, Physical Security Plans and Physical Security Training as further described in Attachment 1 Parts 1-4. The Supplier(s) will be required to provide these services across all locations of the province of Ontario. The services will be made available, on an optional basis to Non-OPS Organizations. Services provided under Physical Security Threat Risk Assessments(TRA) and Physical Security Plans (PSP) may be required for (but not limited to) any combination of the following: 1. Buildings and/or structures; 2. Ministries; 3. Programs; 4. Workplace violence; and 5. Threats to personnel. Physical security training may be required on topics such as (but not limited to) or any combination of, the following in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFB: 1. Conducting TRAs and preparing PSPs; 2. Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED); 3. Fraud prevention and awareness; 4. Managing security situations and incidents; and 5. Other related security topics.
