All other information remains the same. ********************************************************************************* This tender is for electrical work associated with Data Rack upgrades. The Data Rack equipment and network cabling upgrades will be by others. 1.1 INVITATION TO TENDER .1 Sealed tenders will be received by Horizon Health Network until 2:00 p.m., July 29, 2026, at the office of Tek Consultants Limited, 564 Prospect Street, Fredericton, NB E3B 9M3, for the following project: Project Name: Symbio Upgrade Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville, NB Tender No. 22625-07-1 .2 Sealed tenders to be sent by email. .1 Send to tek@tekcon.ca .2 The tender documents shall be complete and received no later than 2:00 p.m. on the closing date. .3 Amendments to submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing prior to bid close. .3 Tender Documents will be available in electronic format (.pdf). .4 Plans, Specifications, Tender Documents and other information must be obtained by bidders from Tek Consultants Limited, 564 Prospect Street, Fredericton, NB E3B 9M3. To acquire documents, requests are to be made by email at tek@tekcon.ca, with complete contact information - company name, address, contact name, email and telephone number. Only contractors who have received the tender documents directly from Tek Consultants Limited are eligible to submit a tender on this project. .5 A Mandatory site review will be held for Contractors on July 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. This will be the only opportunity for review of existing site conditions with the Horizon Health Representatives and the Engineer present and available to answer questions arising from the review of the site and the Contract Documents. Convene at Main Entrance. .6 Site access for the purpose of reviewing existing conditions is restricted. .7 Tender Documents will be available for viewing at the Construction Associations in Saint John, Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick; Nova Scotia and at the office of Tek Consultants Limited. .8 Contractor's tenders must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total tender price. The security deposit may be in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Order or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit.Bid Bonds and Irrevocable Standby Letters of Credit must be executed in favour of "Horizon Health Network". Certified Cheques, Bank Drafts and Money Orders must be made payable to Horizon Health Network. .9 There will be no public openings. .10 The lowest/highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. .11 The results of the tender will be sent to all bidders.
