INDOOR AND OUTDOOR ELECTRIC LIGHTING FIXTURES ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS - REPAIR OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES The Local Government is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite submissions from qualified proponents for the supply and delivery of a complete LED sports lighting system for Henry Park Ballfield #2 in Fredericton, New Brunswick. This RFP defines the requirements for the supply of a comprehensive lighting system intended to support recreational baseball and softball activities. The Local Government is seeking a durable, high-performance solution that meets established lighting performance standards, minimizes environmental impacts such as spill light and glare, and supports long-term operation through appropriate controls, components, and warranty provisions. The procurement is for goods only. The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing a complete and fully integrated lighting system, including all equipment, components, and technical documentation required for installation, commissioning, and operation. Installation of the system will be completed separately by the Local Government or its designated contractors. The Local Government currently operates sports field lighting systems at other municipal facilities that utilize Musco lighting infrastructure and associated control systems. As a result, the Local Government has an operational preference for solutions that support compatibility, integration, or coordinated operation with existing Musco-based systems, in order to promote consistency in control, monitoring, and user experience across facilities. Proponents are expected to demonstrate that their proposed solution satisfies the requirements set out in this RFP and represents a complete, coordinated system suitable for the intended application.
