COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES (INCLUDING EXHIBIT SERVICES) PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES (EVENT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT) Amendment 2 - July 23, 2026 Addendum 1 - July 20, 2026 Fredericton Capital Region Tourism is a well-funded regional destination marketing organization, with a budget comprised of pre-existing funding from the Local Governments, annual budget, and the Local Government's Tourism Accommodation Levy. The creation of this levy has increased the availability of funds for the Meetings & Conventions sector. Fredericton Capital Region Tourism has a Meetings & Conventions brand of Rendez-Vous Fredericton (RVF) which is a partnership between Fredericton Capital Region Tourism, the Fredericton Convention Centre, Crowne Plaza Fredericton, Hilton Garden Inn, and the Delta Fredericton. Fredericton Capital Region Tourism operates under the direction of Fredericton City Council, a committee that directs the Tourism Accommodation Levy, formed on behalf of its industry partners, and the newly established (2023) Capital Region Service Commission. This is a tender notice only.
