NOTICE OF PUBLIC SOLICITATION Request for Tenders Submissions will be received by NB Power until July 22, 2026 at 1:30 ADT for the following: Building 1 Envelope Upgrade Fredericton, New Brunswick Document # 0501-26-C258 Bid Bond Required As a condition of Award of this Contract, it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend a Site Conditions and Investigations meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends one (1) meeting and is registered as having attended. For convenience, one (1) meeting will begin at 10:00 AM and another meeting is scheduled for 2:00 PM on July 15, 2026. The Tenderer shall attend one (1) meeting only. The meeting is at the Marysville Building 1 (one), located at 239 Gilbert Street, New Brunswick. The site contact person shall be Hugh Schneider. The Tenderer must be pre-register to attend a meeting. Please email Hugh Schneider at hschneider@nbpower.com to pre-register. Based on the number of people that may register a third meeting may be added due to COVID-19 restrictions, at the Owner's discretion. The times will be on a first come, first serve basis. NB Power has integrated a new procurement platform called Euna. All procurement activity including but not limited to the solicitation documents, bid questions, clarification requests, addendums, amendments and submissions will be carried out using the Euna platform. See attached Euna Vendor Instruction document for directions on accessing, registering and utilizing the platform. The New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website will continue to serve as a host for the public solicitation notice. NB Power reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with the submission instructions. Solicitation documents and amendments to this notice are available on the Euna website at: https://nbpower.bonfirehub.ca It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the Platform) by the due date and time. Any submission received after the closing date and time will be rejected. There will be no public opening. Bid results will not be posted to NBON until the contract has been awarded.
