Tender submission method: Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via email at tendersatlantic@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. Tender opening method: Tenders will not be opened in person, but videoconferencing will be made available (instructions to access the videoconference will be provided with the digital Tender Documents). Immediately following the close of the tendering period, the opening committee will review all submissions and prepare a summary report that will be made available to all bidders via email. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).
