The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the new Mission Hill Water Treatment Plant (MHWTP). Services will be delivered under a Construction Management Contract – for Services and Work (CCDC 5B). The RDNO intends to utilize a single, integrated CCDC 5B Contract framework to govern the project lifecycle, which is structured across two distinct phases. A non-mandatory site visit has been provisioned for Wednesday, July 8th at 1:30 PM local time.
