Summary

Pre-qualification to supply and integrate a Sovereign Compute Environment and related AI and analytics solutions (compute hardware/software, AI models, analytics services) for the Government of Alberta to support senior leadership decision-making across ministries and public bodies.

This Pre-Qualification Request invites Proponents, working independently or as a Proponent Team, to provide the capabilities necessary to leverage AI for generating actionable insights to address complex challenges, including across ministries and public bodies. The Sovereign Compute Environment will support decision-making by senior leadership within the Province, including the Deputy Minister of Executive Council (DMEC), the Senior Deputy Minister of Operations (SDMO), the Corporate Operating Officer Committee (COOC), and the Continuous Improvement Cabinet Committee (CICC). Proponents may become pre-qualified in one or more of the following categories as part of this Sovereign Compute Environment PQR: Category A: Sovereign Compute Category B: AI Solutions Category C: Analytics and Analysis
