In addition to Net Zero Carbon and FireSmart, BC Building Code compliance and all standard permitting requirements apply. As the Village of Lytton is under a Provincial Archaeology Permit, Kanaka Bar will be responsible for hiring a professional archaeologist and related fees; not to be included in Bidder’s pricing.
