Notice is hereby given by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on its own behalf and as agent for the Fraser Health Authority; Interior Health Authority; Northern Health Authority; Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (collectively, the “Health Authorities”) of its intent to update the prequalification list for the supply of Surgical Lasers Equipment originally released on May 21, 2024. In accordance with the requirements stipulated in RFPQ PHSA 09366, PHSA invite suppliers whom would like to be prequalified and receive subsequent directed Request for Proposals documents for the supply of Surgical Lasers, to send an email for the attention of Brad Mayor (Buyer, Orthopedics) before 12:00pm Pacific Time, August 7, 2026 indicating their formal interest.
