From the notice
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the provision, implementation, configuration, integration, training, support, and maintenance of a Rights-of-Way Services Integrated Portal (ROWSIP) to replace The City’s existing Calgary Rights-of-Way Management (CROWM) and ePermits systems. The solution will support end-to-end permit management, workflow automation, GIS integration, reporting, inspections, compliance tracking, and customer-facing online services for Rights-of-Way permitting activities. This RFP is open to all qualified proponents with demonstrated experience in enterprise permit management, licensing, workflow automation, GIS-centric solutions, software implementation, systems integration, and ongoing support services. Proponents may submit an On-Premise, Cloud/SaaS, or Hybrid solution, or may submit proposals for any combination of these solution types, including all three deployment models. Separate proposal submissions are required for each solution type proposed.
