The City is seeking to modernize its ERP environment. The current landscape includes Microsoft Dynamics GP for financial operations and Avanti for HR and payroll, along with a range of supporting systems and point solutions. Over time, this environment has evolved to meet specific needs, resulting in fragmented processes that span multiple applications and rely on manual interfaces and custom integrations. While each system serves a purpose, the overall environment is complex and difficult to manage. Core financial and operational functions depend on multiple applications that require custom integrations and workarounds to share information. This fragmentation results in duplicated effort, inconsistent data across departments, limited visibility into end‑to‑end processes, and increased risk of error. It also limits the City’s ability to respond efficiently to regulatory changes, service demands, and organizational priorities. With Dynamics GP approaching end of life, the City is initiating this procurement to transition to a modern, integrated ERP solution.
