The Municipality of West Elgin is seeking to rehabilitate and revitalize the Rodney Old Town Hall to support its continued use as a community-focused public facility. The project aims to preserve the building's historic character while upgrading its infrastructure, functionality, and accessibility to meet current standards and the evolving needs of residents. Through this Request for Proposals, the Municipality is seeking professional engineering services to prepare detailed design and construction drawings, develop cost estimates, and, subject to project approvals and available funding, support the implementation of the recommended rehabilitation work and, provisionally, provide contract administration services during construction. Proponents who wish to visit the site may attend an optional site tour scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on July 9, 2026 at 217 Furnival Road in Rodney, Ontario.
