Supply Ontario is seeking to establish a multi-vendor Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for a Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) Software Solution to support the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and eligible non-OPS entities. The VOR will be mandatory for OPS and available on an optional basis to non-OPS organizations. The COOP solution VOR arrangement objective is to implement a secure, scalable and compliant enterprise-wide platform that enables organizations to effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions, emergencies and crisis events. Scope of Work Supply Ontario is seeking proposals to procure and implement modern Continuity of Operations Planning solution that enhances enterprise-wide continuity planning, operational resilience, emergency preparedness, business continuity capabilities, coordinated response across Ontario and support data-driven decision-making during disruptions. The VOR arrangement will support multiple disciplines including Business Continuity Management, IT Continuity Management, Building Emergency and Evacuation Management, Building Physical Security Planning, Emergency Management, and Crisis/Incident Management. The solution will facilitate planning, reporting, risk management, operational readiness and business recovery activities. The VOR arrangement is for a term of three years, with two one-year optional extensions and vendor refresh at Supply Ontario’s discretion.
