Fraser Health Authority (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services with respect to the FHA IHART Surrey Relocation TI (the “Project”). The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project. The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is optional but highly encouraged. The date and time of site visit is as noted below: Date: Thursday, July 15th, 2025 Time: 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM Hours Local Time Meeting Location: Parking Lot of 13072 88 Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 3K3 (Bring your own PPE)
