Scope of Work/Overview: Work under this project will include removal of existing displaced exterior-face precast panels and all ancillary materials such as sealants. Installation of new metal structural fastening system and replacement of pre-cast panels with concrete restoration to be conducted on any panels requiring repairs per this specification and design drawings. All work to be completed by February 26, 2027
