From the notice
This project will implement a new fluid cooler system to increase the cooling capacity and reliability of the existing mechanical infrastructure at Kootenay Lake Hospital (KLH). The work will focus on supporting heat pump 2 by enhancing the system’s ability to respond to high ambient temperatures. Once complete, the upgraded system will reduce reliance of city water and improve operational resilience during warmer seasonal periods.
