The Province has identified the need for a comprehensive assessment and management framework for the existing trail network to support future planning and implementation decisions. The work will establish trail management objectives, evaluate existing trail conditions and network performance, identify opportunities and constraints, assess sustainability considerations, and develop a prioritized implementation strategy for future trail improvements and investments. The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from suitably qualified Proponents who demonstrate sufficient experience and qualifications to provide trail planning, recreation planning, trail assessment, trail management, and implementation planning services for Castle Provincial Park and Castle Wildland Provincial Park.
