The City of Courtenay (the “City”) invites Tenders for C26-103 Ryan Road Sidewalk Upgrades. The work will include the following: • Replacement of ditch and culvert with 280m of PVC storm main; • Connecting to new and existing lateral storm services and catch basins; • Constructing 350m of new roadside concrete sidewalk; • Constructing street lighting along the concrete sidewalk; • Removal and replacement of BC Transit bus stop; and • Landscaping boulevard and restoration. An optional pre-tender meeting will be held on July 16, 2026, at 1:00p.m. local time. The meeting location will be at 800 Ryan Road in front of the Comox Valley RCMP sign.
