From the notice

This project is for the supply and install of aeration equipment, a screen and associated piping, equipment, and instrumentation. The screen will be housed in a new building (also included as part of the Work). The incoming forcemain will be intercepted and rerouted to the new screen. The work includes locating, exposing, connecting to, and burying the new pipe to the existing yard piping. A new gravity sewer will be installed and cored into the existing manhole immediately upstream of the lagoon. Additional aeration laterals will be added to lagoon cells 2 and 3. A baffle curtain will be added to lagoon cell 3. Work includes associated process, mechanical, civil, structural, architectural and electrical as described in the technical specifications and engineering drawings. The Contractor shall be responsible for receiving, assembly, installation, testing, start-up, and commissioning of the system and its components.
