The unit is to be installed according the approved WSP drawing and specification package as they are tying into the base building HVAC and would be a lessee improvement. * Electrical and HVAC consulting services to design and develop contract documents. Requirement: Ductless split system install in LAN room to maintain temperature between 20-26 Dg. As per the Greening Government Strategy, new equipment shall use refrigerant with low Global Warming Potential (GWP < 750).”Initial view of the panel suggests there is sufficient capacity to support this requested AC Unit.
