Work of this Contract is located at 126 Prince William Street, Saint John. The Work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Install a radon mitigation system consisting of: radon exhaust fans, ductwork, electrical and controls. 2. Work is to include all associated: removals, wiring, controls, piping, ductwork, patching, commissioning, balancing, excavation and landscaping. 3. All other Work as detailed on the Project Drawings and/or specified herein
